Your Responsibilities:
•Meet monthly sales & collection according to the company policy.
•To follow marketing activities as per company policy.
•Set sales targets, plan accordingly, and take initiatives to hit the target.
•Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients.
•Build a strong rapport with the customer.
•Visit the market, hunt new clients & dealers, act to create new market opportunities, and report to the line manager regularly.
•Responsible for collection and product delivery on time.
•Increase sales by developing new customers.
• Regularly check & monitor the customers on credit accounts and act to drive the credit collection.
• Visit the assigned Customer areas per the route plan.
• Conduct market surveys for data collection to develop new products or increase the product line.
• Daily Check-In & Check-Out is mandatory in tracking software.

Educational Requirements
Your background:
1. Experience in direct sales and sales management, at least 2 years of working experience in the Garments & Textile industry is preferred.
2. Experience in business development, account management and cross-selling;
3. A clear grasp of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms;
4. Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a professional, “will be done” attitude.
5. A Bachelor’s degree or above.
6. Fluency in English both oral and written.
7. Technical background and knowledge is a must.
Additional Requirements:
1. The candidate should be from BSC, BBA or MBA in Marketing or Engineering in any discipline from any recognized university.
Public Universities will be prioritised.
2. Must be self-driven, creative, and able to grasp and implement the assignments quickly.
3. Must possess the ability to work under pressure.
