C2C – Loader

The Cone-to-Container (C2C) uses a motorized Loader to collect cones directly from the link auto-winding machines, open-end machines and vortex to load them into the Cone Transport System (CTS). Each machine is equipped with dedicated Loader for maximum efficiency.

C2C – Cone Transport System (CTS)

The Cone Transport System (CTS) moves cones using carriers equipped with RFID tags. These tags enable wireless tracking, allowing accurate segregation and routing of cones to the pallet-forming station.

C2C – IPS (Image Processing System)

The Image Processing System (IPS) inspects each cone for defects like yarn slippage or tip damage before packing, ensuring only quality cones processed.

C2C – Accumulator

RFID-tagged cones transported by Cone Transport System (CTS) are automatically unloaded at specific servo-controlled accumulators.

C2C – Robotic Palletizer

A robotic system picks up cones from the accumulator and arranges them into a precise pallet formation, which then enters the Welker CONDIBOX TUNNEL connected to the Yarn Conditioning Plant (YCP).

Our patented pre-conditioning system, Welker TURBO COOLER, can be integrated into the process to enhance yarn moisture levels and improve overall quality.

C2C – Robotic Depalletizer & Automatic Cone Packing System (APAC)

Conditioned pallets are automatically transferred to either stretch wrapping or depalletizing, based on customer requirements. The Robotic Depalletizer picks cones automatically and the APAC system packs them into poly bags, sacks, or cartons with precise weighing and labelling.

C2C – Intralogistics & ASTOR (Automatic Storage & Retrieval System)

Finally, packed pallets are transferred to the ASTOR warehouse system. When required, ASTOR delivers them directly to the container loading point, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics and dispatch operations.
